When an investment banker decides to start his own thing you know there’s going to be a whole lot of planning involved. That’s exactly what happened with Ankit Shah. An engineer, with seven years on Wall Street meant that anything that Ankit launched would be well thought of, down to the very last detail.
It didn’t make it easy though that he came from a family of doctors and starting his own thing made him the “black sheep”. Luckily, all was forgotten when two years of home trials and scores of events later, Mexican Express was born – a quick service Mexican restaurant in Mumbai.
We love a good taco as much as we love some Good Sparkle. Especially if it’s served with a healthy dose of passion and every ingredient is sourced local (and by local we mean Mumbai not Tijuana).
Everything at Mexican Express is made in-house, except for the Tortillas Shells & Chips, and even those are sourced from the city.
There’s a lot to love at Mexican Express. Every thing on the menu can be customised to your calorie needs and you can get a meal for two between Rs.400-600. All part of Shah’s plan to get Mexican food as popular as Indian-Chinese is.
Oh, and did we mention the word Churro?
Get your Mexican action on now. And don’t forget to order your side of sparkle!
